Choose Tiki Torch to establish your online presence. Choose Bonfire when you also want CRM and marketing tools to manage customer relationships. Choose Fire Poi for proactive marketing and visibility support. If you're unsure, tell us your goals and we'll talk through the fit.
What do the setup and monthly prices cover?
The setup fee is separate from your recurring subscription. Before you commit, we'll agree on the scope, pages, content responsibilities, and timing for your website. Ask your guide to walk through included support, edits, usage allowances, and any optional work.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Plans are month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. There are no cancellation or transfer fees. Talk with your guide about your cancellation date and the steps needed to move your domain, content, and data.
Do I keep my domain, content, and data?
You retain ownership of your domain, content, and data. If you decide to leave, we'll discuss the available export and transfer options. Platform-specific features and automations may need to be recreated with your next provider.

TikiSites offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Before you sign up, ask for the written terms covering when the period begins, which payments are refundable, and how to request a refund.
How do I prepare for my first conversation?
Bring your business name, a short description of your services, and two or three goals. If you have them, gather your logo, photos, current website address, and examples you like. We'll explain how to provide any access needed later—don't send passwords through the inquiry form.
